CO2 laser blepharoplasty

The CO2 laser has been used for over 20 years for facial rejuvenation. It is an abrasive laser. Many improvements have been made to treat patients comfortably while avoiding long and unpleasant postoperative consequences. The special handpiece specifically allows all 4 eyelids to be treated safely.

The treatment consists of sending laser pulses to the skin which are reflected on the eyelid by a series of points spaced approximately 1 mm apart and which cover the surface of the eyelid to be treated. After this first pass with the handpiece, the surgeon will decide whether or not to superimpose a second pass on this treatment with the fractional CO2 laser technique.

The treatment is carried out in a single session.
